[ICOM] 706-IIG Repair recommendations -- No Audio

Good Evening...

I have an Icom 706-IIG that has lost receive audio.  I did CPU reset, 
checked all controls and eliminated the remote cable (faceplate direct to 
the radio) with no success.

QUESTION 1:  Any other simple troubleshooting suggestions?

QUESTION 2:  Any suggestions on a repair facility.  I have used the Bellevue 
Icom America facility a couple of times and was satisfied, but its a long 
way out there.  Any reports on the Anderson, SC facility?  Any other 
suggestions?
