Carol, W4CLM (at foxtango.org), offered thru Yahoo "Amateur-repairs" group
last January some
"NAI Latches for Yaesu and Kenwood Rigs, Black Plastic Lid latches."
I did take a set of four for my IC-701 top door and they suited ok.
So, it seems to suits all Yae-Com-Wood.
