[ICOM] Breaking IC706Mk2 maybe

Hi,

Probably a good point. ICOM UK says that the main board has problems
with some of the inter layer tracking and their price for a new board
will run the repair to more than the radio could be expected to return
when working.

It seems that the sale of the constituent parts may net almost as much
as a working radio such is the cost/availability of these parts
ordinarily. I don't know if I could realise that much for the unit as
is. Either way once I get it back I'll make the decision and then be
left wonder what to put the funds toward as a replacement :-) .
