The tracking has to start at his end. And, depending on where the
International  money order was purchased and if he kept his receipt, he
might be able to cancel it, and start the process over again. However,

days, with a U. S. holiday in between, is probably not enought time to
call it "lost". I hope you didn't send the rig yet.
