[ICOM] RE: swap shops

Last time I looked there was no tax or duty on Ham equipment and 
accessories.
I have taken stuff through customs as Amateur radio accessories with no 
problem, including rope for guying Ham antennas, although I know of a 
couple of guys who were asked to prove that it was not also useful as CB 
equipment.
