[ICOM] RE: swap shops

I don't think it's the swap shops themselves. It seems to be the individuals for some reason say only ship CONUS.

I really don't understand why the wont sell to other countries or areas, but there seems to be many who say they wont for some
reason.

A while back I sold and sent a bunch of stuff to Germany and although it was a little different, it really wasn't all that much
different and didn't cost me any since the buyer paid for shipping costs.
