The 781 can be controlled via internet just as ANY compuer-controllable
radio can. If you have the Icom (or other) computer interface for CT-17
computer control, and a good piece of rig-control software (the best, by
far, right now is TRX-Manager, handled by Personal Database
Applications--the LOGic [eople)--see--
http://www.hosenose.com/radio/
you can do anything for rig control via internet that you need to. I
don't use a 781 any longer, but have been running Icom rigs at my remote
site via internet for years in just this way.
GL! Internet control of remote site is a blast!! 73 Jan N0JR
