[ICOM] IC746 CPU Reset Problem

Hello,

In trying to get the microphone/AFSK to work with the radio, I tried 
a CPU Reset (F-Inp and M-CL held in on power up).  This didn't solve the
microphone/AFSK problem but did create a new one.  The 
receive/transmit seems to be disabled.

There is a low level squeal from the radio and the audio does change 
the level.  The transmit doesn't seem to work as well.

The S-meter/POut line on the display has the last two segments (far 
right side) active.

Functions that aren't in the RF line seem to work, e.g., CIV, PTT, 
display (other than the above).

I've tried several CPU Resets and still nothing.

Any help is appreciated.
