[ICOM] IC-551 DC Connector

Hello All,

I've just a fair condition IC-551.
But it is missing a DC "shorting" connector for supplying
regurated power to the circuits so I cannot even power it 
up with AC.
Both the user's manual and the service manual don't mention
it (the service manual does have the schematics though).

Could anyone tell me how to short the pins out?
