[ICOM] QSL,net downloads

Has anyone else experienced the slow downloads of manuals. I am in the process of downloading the service manual for my 910H and it has been over two hours poking along at 1.17 kb/sec and that is with DSL. It starts off at 52 kb/s, but within a minute the speed starts dropping off.  At this rate I will be a week getting the stuff I need to repair my ICOM stable.
