John: My 756 PRO power out meter does not indicate 100 watts peak on SSB either. It does indicate 100 watts on CW. If I look at the RF peaks on a scope or peak reading wattmeter I do see 100 watts indicated on SSB. I don't see this as a problem. Larry K4LXV
