[ICOM] IC-746. Dual tone on CW on RX and TX

But my transmited signal has 2 tones also.
How it can be related?

And no extra roofing from Inrad :(

Genuine 1st IF overload. 

This is one of the only week spots in the 746. I'm not sure if INRAD
builds a roofing filter for the 746 or not.

Few weeks ago I started to hear lot of dual tone singnals
on CW. Second tone is noticeble with narow filter on 
strong signals only (with S9 ++). 200 Hz or so below 
the main signal, much weaker than main signal plus
some extra key clicks. Not big problem, when band is empty,
but problematic on crowded band.
Tonight I got reports on 160 that my signal is similar on TX also.

Any ideas? Will try to reset CPU, but will it help?
