[ICOM] IC -775DSP vs IC-756ProIII

Gents,

Let me ask you a question which does not have an (clear) answer, I do 
realize that, but please try to shed some light on that.

I am considering an IC-756Pro III. I used to have several Icoms, the last 
was (and still is) the 775DSP. If I go for the 756 ProIII, will I ever 
regret after the 775?

I have rid off an IC-756 because of its too digital sound. I've never listen 
the ProIII, but the Pro2 sounds quite similar to the original 756 for me... 
Is the ProIII closer to analog sound?
I asked some IC-7800 owners how it sounds like in respect of the "digital" 
sound, and they say, it IS still quite digital...

And what is the ProIII behaviour in the hard contest environment?

Honestly, I am really hooked on the RTTY instant receive/transmit, the voice 
recorder, the bandscope (what I really miss with the IC-775), a good SSB 
signal monitor which is a messy one at the IC-775, etc.

Any opinion?
