[ICOM] IC2KL Bias supply

I am getting a few amplifiers in for repair with the typical bias supply 
problems. These mostly come from overseas hams who cannot obtain service 
in their respective countries. The cost of shipping the whole amplifier; 
hassles with customs, etc., even less the power supply, is quite 
expensive so I am building a test fixture for just the bias unit.

Does anyone know off hand the equivalent load requirements for the plus 
and minus 12 v outputs? I am reluctant to run the supply with no load.
