[ICOM] Rack Mount

Most of my Icom transceivers are mounted in rack panels but, after an
exhaustive search some years ago I have been milling my own panels.
Benefits of having a small hobby machine shop.
The only rack mountable Icoms I have seen in the later series are the
new 7800 and the back -to- back mobiles used as repeaters offered by Icom.
