[ICOM] USB-D mode

Hi
The command for DATA is "1A 06"
In MixW - this sets SSB <CATCMDHEX:FE FE 6E E0 06 01 FD>
In MixW - this sets DATA mode <CATCMDHEX:FE FE 6E E0 1A 06 01 FD>
I run both on starting BPSK .
