[ICOM] USB-D mode

Hi Issac:
I wrote into the list not too long ago about this and now
that I have had time to try to implement it I can not seem
to get it change the mode on my IC756PRO.
I am using DXLAB with MixW (since you said you were
already using it in MixW) as the mode software.
After attempting to implement the code it comes back and
tells me the command has been rejected.
Can you send the exact command you use and also tell me
where exactly in MixW that you are using it.
