[ICOM] Icom noise blanker

well i sent email but maybe the local crowd ComEd actually said " go 
ahead call the FCC"....

I'm approaching 1 year for fixing the noise source....

The FCC couldn't rattle them at all,,,,  maybe Riley WOULD  ~~~!!!

that IS a great idea, since he is more oriented to Hams than the 
folks here in Chicago FCC who have a full plate.
