MARS frequencies are not Classified.  There are military
frequencies which are Classified, but that's usually their
association with some specific operation.  MARS operators
are encouraged (required) to use frequency designators,  but
it's really to avoid confusion, not hide anything.   I've been
USAF MARS almost since I was little.
