How does one find out the frequencies of NAVY & ARMY MARS?

A good friend of mine with poor eyesight wants me to convert his IC 775 to 
all band transmit in order to get his machine onto the Army MARS 
frequencies.
Does anyone have the info? I have the service manual and should be able to 
follow your instructions without problems.
