[ICOM] IC-737A Problems

Before the WPX contest this weekend My second rig an IC737A was working
fine. I feed the rig with 2 antennas an A3 and a Carolina windom.

The tuner tuned both antennas fine.

 

On Sunday morning I was S&P with the radio on 20M using the A3 All of a
sudden the RX goes dead. I tried switching antennas but nothing. After doing
a little use of some choice words I tried switching back and forth between
the antennas. Finally after about 10 button pushes I could hear on antenna 1
but nothing on Antenna 2. if I switch to Antenna 2 it takes several button
pushes to get the rig to hear again. I also noticed while it is hearing
there is no movement on the meter for any signal even one that is very
strong. If I try to tune either antenna the tuner can not tune it and goes
into thru mode.

 

Any one have a clue as to what happened???

 

And does anyone know of a good repair shop on the east coast as I would
rather not ship it across country.
