[ICOM] 756 Pro No power out

Yes, The power out readings were taken with the amp disconnected (control 
line) Short coax from ant 1 to bird and 4 ft coax to dummy load.. Amp is the 
IC 4-KL so nothing attached to the ALC or Send jacks on back of the 756
