[ICOM] 756 Pro No power out

I just worked 3Y0X on 15 meters about 3 pm this afternoon and then about 5 
pm I noticed they were on 20 meters. I started calling and noticed I didn't 
have much power out. I'm driving a 4KL amp with about 40 watts. I stopped 
and checked all bands an I only have about 2 - 5 watts out with the RF Power 
control fully clockwise.. I disconnected the coax from the rig and attached 
a bird 43 to a DummyLoad to make the power readings. 5 watts out on 40 & 80 
and 2 watts out on 20,15 & 160. Didn't check 10 or 6 meters. No smoke no 
noise just no power out.. Rx works fine. Tx spike on the spectrum scope 
looks fine.. Haven't looked inside yet..
    Anyone have any ideas where to check first ???
