One way I use to find this information is to RIGHT click the message in the
Inbox (I use Outlook Express) then click (LEFT) on Properties. At that
point you want to click on DETAILS then, maybe, MESSAGE SOURCE to see all of
the details of where and how the message got from "Point A (the message
forum) to Point B (your computer)." Hope this helps without being too
simplistic.
