[ICOM] need help - IC-208.

Howdy Y-all,

Trying to get some information on the IC-208H.  On a bird wattmeter my 
208 measures 30 watts, 10 watts, and 4 watts for the 50 watt, 15 watt, 
and 5 watt levels.  I need to make some changes so as to drive an 
amplifier.

Can anyone tell me the resistor number and location 
(top/bottom/whatever) for the controls to set the power levels on the 
208?
