[ICOM] Running an IC-725 and R75 together

I did this with a 718 and it worked very well. I disconnected the T/R
cable from the connector in the 718 and brought both connections out to
a pair of RCA jacks I installed on the back of the radio. I used an RCA
jumper when I wanted to use the 718 stand alone, otherwise I brought the
so239 on the R75 to the jack which went to the 718's T/R switch. I used
the mute line on the R75 and also did the CI-V connection so each would
follow and switch bands. Draw it out on paper first and study the
manuals and schematics and I'm sure you will be very happy. My 718/R75
"twins" were a lot of fun. I may build them back someday. 73 & GL, Rick.
