Willy you can sell to who you want , however i agree witheveryone else, thats one of the problems with Ham radio today ....discrimination......why not make everyone the same class, lets write an old wrong the debacle of 1968 incentive licensing, well i've gotten off the subject., sell him or don't your perogative.....in any case lets keep the roars down to a minimum
