[ICOM] Has anyone adapted the Ten-Tec Keypad/tuning knob 302 for use with ICOM C-IV

Hello, I am new to the list.  Has anyone worked up a circuit to adapt the 
Ten-Tec 302 tuning knob/keypad for use with the ICOM C-IV connection ?

Looking for a desktop solution to release the cw memorys in the 746Pro, tune 
the VFO and/or switch A/B VFO's or memories.
