Hey Dick,

I don't think so. I received a similar offer for one of my rigs I had
problems with. My answer to the guy making the offer was "you must be
joking" but he wasn't joking at all. This guy was definitely serious. 

Many times when people realize they have done something stupid or
embarrasing they try to make it in to a joke. Keep smiling!
