WD-40 is also corrosive and only displaces moisture. Don't use on delicate
parts.

Or try a fishing reel store.  Gander Mountain has a little "Precision Oiler"
that works well.  I use WD-40 on all my shovels and some tools as a
protective.  It's OK there.
