[ICOM] Icom IC 706 Install

Sorry for the problems.  I was already ahead of Mark 
with the TinyURL.  I knew it was working for some 
folks because the counter had incremented 31 times 
in less than 15 minutes so some were getting 
through  to it.
I'll do better next time and start with the TinyURL..... 
pretty neat service.
