Your only real hope is to buy an IC-551 with the board, and sell the one
without it.  Those boards are nearly impossible to find.  I have one in
my
551D, and I have been offered what the radio is worth just for the
board.  I
didn't sell it!  There isn't much out there better than a 551, at least
not
a single-band radio.
