[ICOM] ICOM 703 Battery Ideas ?

I'm looking for recommendation for a 9.6 Volt battery and charger to use 
with my ICOM 703.

The BP228 seems a little pricey to me, but I'm not sure, not knowing a whole 
lot about what kind of pricing to expect.
