[ICOM] WTB: Soundcard interface

I am looking for a soundcard interface for the Icom
706 series of radios.  I would prefer one that uses
the 13 pin ACC jack on the back of the radio. 
Something like a Donner's digital interface or Buxcomm
RASCAL would be great.  Does anyone have an extra one
available?
