I am well aware of the "blue Line" problem. My 756 original display
developed the blue line problem.

The display gradually deteriorated over several years from just a couple of
blue lines till it became very difficult to read with over 34 (last accurate
count) blue lines.

I asked around and Icom had some new displays made. I finally sent my 756 to
"Comtek" in Poulsbo Washington. His turnaround time was less than one week.

The new display works well. There are no blue lines. I have had the unit
back for over 3 months and I am very satisfied.
