The one for the radio I got directly from ICOM parts at 425-454-7619.  What
does that say when you have the phone number memorized?  <grin>  Wish I
could remember the price but it was so little I didn't think it was worth
getting just one.  Let me look in the spare-parts box - - - OK - the lanyard
part # is 80100110162.  That is if I can read the scribble on the package -
the last 2 might be something else.  It is called a HANDSTRAP.

The ones for my pistols I get surplus from sportsmansguide.com @ $10.  They
are overkill - the radio case is likely to bust before that lanyard does.
But if you gear up like me for hiking, you have
radio-GPS-camera-pistol-other stuff that you don't want falling off while
you climb that rough wall.  If you want to see one of the nicest hiking

were searching for a lost letterbox in this park.  Entrance is very
restricted because of the rock paintings and Indian artifacts.  We had a
