I just asked for the one that comes with the IC-W32A.  My daughter lost
hers, so I ordered two.  They were not real expensive.

If you need something more robust, you can locate what the military uses for
handgun retention in combat.  They are a bit longer, and a lot heavier.  It
clips to your handgun, and to your belt.  Kinda overkill, but available at
about $10 surplus.
