That reminds me of when we had to call in a tech rep(The Expert) to assist
us. The expert showed up with his attaché case and upon opening it, there
was a white labcoat with the golden tweaker, in the pocket protector with
numerous pens and pencils. The other large item was a coffee cup which he
proceeded to fill and then come back and tell us how great that he was, as
we were just poor military techs.
