You should be able to buy a 240 -> 120 transformer or autotransformer
at most any travel shop, or even at an electrical supply store. 

That's what my wife and I did in Europe. We bought it from a departing
traveler at the Oslo airport, and sold it just before we left, to a 
new arrival from the US.
