I believe tax applies ONLY if you take possession there. If it's shipped to
you (a few days later with FREE shipping from most bigger dealers)it's tax
free.

I don't know about Ohio, but in Arizona and
Washington states if you buy while in them there,
you have to pay sales tax. The only way to avoid
state sales tax is to buy from another state.
