Hi Mac,

The procedure on the 756Pro series and 7800 is very simple - set resting
carrier to 25W, then adjust Mic Gain so that the peak sideband amplitude is
6 dB below carrier (100% modulation) as displayed on the spectrum scope. If
desired, one can set up for 90% modulation (peak sideband amplitude 7 dB
below carrier.) In the 756Pro series, compression is disabled in AM mode.
