I think the best around is TRX-Manager, which is supported by Personal 
Database Applications, the folks who make LOGic.  It is not outlandishly 
expensive and controls everything that can be controlled, plus has lots 
of other subprograms for rotator, DXcluster, etc.

Go to this PDA site and follow clicks to TRX-Manager.

Another possibility that is free is Ham Radio Deluxe.  It is also very 
good, but not as versatile as TRX-Manager.
