Actually, 7296 kHz USB is "legit"; it is an HFPack frequency.

All the HFpack 80m and 40m frequencies are USB, to allow inter-operation
with military radio sets (e.g. PRC-47) which support USB but not LSB. This
is not in breach of any FCC or Industry Canada regulation.
