Well folks,

I just got off the phone with this fine gentleman, (Paul, KD3JF ) He
is a ham, he now knows how to get the radio in to usb on 40m, he has a
CI-V cable and ham-radio deluxe so he can program his radio the olny
thing I coulden't help him with was how to scan a memory block, so
part of his question still goes un-answered.
