[ICOM] Icom 756 PRO w/Dxbase 6 Trial Issue

Hi All,

The 756 Series only places the "active" VFO frequency
on the CI-V bus. 

Toggling the VFO select between VFO's chooses which
frequency is reported (and controlled) by CI-V.
