[ICOM] Help with 751 needed

I found a fuse holder under the bottom cover toward the front of the rig,
replaced a 3amp fuse, soldered in the new bulb and gave it a try.  Looks like
that did it :) I'm a happy camper again!

While not totally certain, I seem to remember an internal fuse.  I am
certain that both my 735 and 740 had one.
