Larry,

Take off the strap, then with a Ohm meter test the two sections of the
primary (which are in parallel when used on 120vac) - you might have one of
the windings open - which will reduce your power output on 120vac, and give
you ZERO voltage when using 240vac (the two sections are in series then).

Is anyone using an IC-2KL on 240v?  I changed the transformer strapping in
mine to the configuration in the manual, plugged it in and....nothing.
(Yes, I double checked the strap position and my outlet wiring).  No pilot
lights, nada.  Switched it back to 120v and it works fine, except now I have
no pilot lamp on the PS.  What's up?  TIA.
