[ICOM] IC-2KL on 240v

Now - please don't get upset when I ask this, sometimes it is the most
obvious problems that get missed.  Did you put a meter on the outlet and
measure a real 240 VAC?  It could be any number of little things from a
loose wire to an open breaker, or even a mis-wired outlet that is only 120
VAC.

Not sure.  Did you knock the wire off the LED?  Again, only a guess.  Hope
you find it.
