G'day Marty,

The IC-751 does have an internal fuse on the 'inside' end of the DC input.
A little unclear on the schematic as to which line it is in but the
schematic rates it as 3 A.

However, the internal view in my operating manual shows two inline fuse
holders pictured.

A bit difficult to determine what else may have fused in the circuitry by
looking at the schematic but you might be lucky and have restricted the
damage to only the fuse!
