I happen to have an IC-627 that is excess to my needs. I purchased it at
The Dayton Hamfest several years ago and have never used it. The reason
I never used it is I acquired a PW-1 that has 4 antenna outputs and that
was enough to meet my needs.
If anyone on the list is looking for one please contact me off list.

Des,
I have three EX-627 Automatic Antenna Selectors and they work very well.
Two
are connected to my IC-746 and IC-775DSP, the third is unused.
Operation couldn't be easier. Once you set the jumpers to tell the box
which
antenna you want use on a particular band the operation is completely
automatic. When you select a band on your Icom rig the proper antenna
is
connected. You can use the same antenna for several bands. This would
be the
case for a beam or fan dipole.
Let me know if you have any more questions,
